Cherry Tomato Bloody Mary with the Mehu-Liisa Steam Juicer from Finland

Recently, I made sun gold cherry tomato and roasted poblano juice with my Mehu-Liisa steam juicer from Finland. I decided to make a bloody Mary using the savory juice. Here is a how-to video for your edification:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cherry tomato roasted poblano juice

1 oz lemon or lime juice

2 oz gin or vodka

2 dashes hot sauce

1 dash Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper

garnish – celery, pickle spears, pickled asparagus, etc.

Instructions:

1. fill shaker 1/2 full of ice cubes

2. add all ingredients including salt and pepper

3. shake gently for 15 seconds

4. pour ice and all into chilled low-ball glass

5. garnish according to your preferences
